Pure Projects is currently project managing the delivery of the $150m third stage of Midland Shopping Centre, located in Perth’s eastern suburbs.

 

Commissioned by Colonial First State Global Asset Management, the project involves a redevelopment of the shopping centre including major road infrastructure works, two new discount department stores, a new food court, additional specialty stores, kiosks, and basement and rooftop car parking.
