Another feather in Pure’s retail cap, we project managed the redevelopment of the Kwinana shopping centre and mixed-use development site, just south of Perth.

 

This project involved the development of three large new stores, Big W, Best & Less and The Reject Shop, a refurbishment of the existing Woolworths supermarket, a new food court, specialty stores, kiosks, a new bulky goods site and road infrastructure works.

 

The redevelopment also included extensive internal and external refurbishment including a new bus interchange and over 1,600 car parking bays.
