Pure Projects has been appointed to assist a major Australian investment fund to drive the pre-approval phase of the redevelopment of Perth’s Forrest Chase shopping centre, located in the heart of the CBD.

 

The work involves assisting the developer to facilitate and lead a consultant team responsible for the master-planning and feasibility phase of this landmark $100m project.

 

The current scheme includes a refurbished major retail department store, refurbished supermarket, specialty fashion and lifestyle stores, alfresco dining, ‘interactive’ food and beverage zones and redeveloped walkways linking the Perth Train Station to the property.

 

Upon the unveiling of the plans, City of Perth Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi said the development “will modernise one of the city’s most popular shopping precincts.”
