Following the successful completion and release of the first five stages of ARV’s Glenhaven Green retirement village, Pure has been commissioned to manage and design stages 6 and 7.

 

The $17 million project involves the construction of 33 two and three bedroom villas within the village precinct, including common areas and a new community centre.

 

Expected to be completed in December 2016, the development is built around sensitive Blue Gum bush land, and construction will also ensure the maintenance of a riparian zone on the site.
